All NuPower Solar Collectors are sold with a serial number, and can be identified as such.  It carries a 10 (Ten) year warrantee, provided that the Solar Collector is installed in accordance with SANS 10106:2006 .

NuPower Solar warrants that for ten years from the date of invoice the solar collector shall be free from manufacturing

Defects resulting in.

1.      Leakage of water or glycol/water from the collector.

2.      Excessive loss of thermal performance.
